Kaitlyn Froehlich
Kaitlyn Froehlich RN, BScN, RMT, is a registered massage therapist, Holy Fire III Reiki Master, and end of life doula. Kaitlyn has always felt a natural calling to be a healer. She graduated from the University of Regina with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2016.
After seven years of working in health care, she felt the desire to further her education in alternative health modalities in order to provide more holistic care to clients. She completed her Reiki training and graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2021.
She provides massage treatments tailored to individuals' needs and incorporates her skills in order to empower clients to achieve their goals. Kaitlyn believes that people are multi-faceted and the road to health and wellness is not one size fits all.
I am dedicated to helping my clients relax and reduce their pain. I specialize in massage techniques that focus on treating muscular dysfunction, especially in the head, neck, shoulders, and low back and pelvis. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and I use a combination of massage techniques and stretching to help reduce pain and restore movement. I am passionate about helping my clients feel their best and take pride in providing a safe and supportive environment for them to do so.
