Dawnella is a registered massage therapist of 4 years, she specializes in deep tissue and headache relief treatments to help target the patients nervous system.

She graduated from Western College with the intention of working towards a therapeutic approach to healthcare. Dawnella discovered very quickly her interest in anatomy and how body mechanics work with everyday work and active lifestyles, her goal is to improve way of life and help people understand the importance of self care

I am dedicated to helping my clients relax and reduce their pain. I specialize in massage techniques that focus on treating muscular dysfunction, especially in the head, neck, shoulders, and low back and pelvis. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and I use a combination of massage techniques and stretching to help reduce pain and restore movement. I am passionate about helping my clients feel their best and take pride in providing a safe and supportive environment for them to do so.
